This location is cleaner and better organized than the other local location. On this visit all the dispensers were working and the treats were delicious. The counter in front of the toppings bar and the tables all needed to be wiped, and there looked to be enough downtime that the staff person could have done so. This is a pattern and something I wish they would do better.
The people there are so kind. Helped me with a discount so much that I left a bit more of a top than I was going to. They earned it with their kindness and love they share with the world thru some tasty ice cream. Also an easy going kind atmosphere. Love it and will be back!!
Very busy on Mother’s Day. Two young people working. The place was filthy! Trash on floor, tables all dirty, some items were running low and staff didn’t bother to fill up. No smiles, nothing.
