This is the slowest Mcdonalds on the face of the planet. I could drive to the Keyser’s Ridge Mcdonalds and back before receiving my order at Meyersdale.
Before I gave it a 3 star since it was alright but recently everything is worse. Before the Service was okay but now it's not as good. The Food is usually worse than other locations, They mess up my order 2/3s of the time even if it's 2 items, The last time here I felt sick after eating it, and my food wasn't hot at all. Overall I hope they can get better but the only thing that is good is the atmosphere.
Consistenly the worst McDonald's to go to, but I keep going back

The restaurant features self-serve kiosks, which some customers find less popular, but staff are generally friendly and keep the dining area clean. Customers who order through the app for table service report that food is served quickly, hot, and fresh, including items like nuggets, fries, and burgers, with many noting the food quality is good and the prices are reasonable. The dining area is kept clean, and bathrooms are also maintained well. While some reviews mention long wait times for food, others find the service fast and efficient, especially for simple orders like coffee or a sundae. Overall, the restaurant provides a decent experience with friendly staff and a clean environment, offering familiar McDonald's meals such as the Daily Double and McDouble. Despite mixed opinions about ordering methods, most agree that this location offers good value and consistent quality.
