“I have been to this location multiple times over the last 10 years. Today I arrived and it was slow. Jasmine suggested a drink for me based off what I was looking for. It was delicious and not on their menu. I have had food before here but I don’t come for the food. The restaurant got busier and she dealt with bar patrons respectively when asking for more drinks as she was dealing with other customers and making drinks.

I would note that they do last call before closing.“

“Food: The food (for the most part, there are a couple of items on the menu I'm personally not a big fan of) is pretty good & comes in nice big serving sizes (again, for the most part).

Price: It's generally about the same price or a bit cheaper (depending on what you get) as most fast food restaurants, except this is a diner/cafe & you are getting a decent bit more food per dollar.

Building/ Parking: It's a pretty tiny building with pretty limited parking (you can always find some parking somewhere nearby), but it's clean & decently maintained.

Staff: They're cool people, nothing extraordinary, but also nothing bad I've experienced so far (I've been several times).

Overall: This place is pretty good. If you are looking for breakfast (or potentially lunch) in Middletown, (from my experience) either here or the Brownstone Cafe are your best options (If you have a big party like 6+, I'd probably go to the brownstone, but just 1-4, here is really nice & there's typically not much of any wait like the Brownstone).

“Smoked shrimp, corn chowder: delicious. Classic Reuben & potato salad: very good. Good size portions. Correctly made Reuben (doesn’t always happen). Overall a good dining experience. Came in at 5pm on Saturday evening, full house but didn’t wail more than a few minutes.“
