The restaurant is clean and serves good food, including awesome sandwiches. However, there have been instances of slow service, with employees chatting and joking around instead of attending to customers. Despite some hiccups, such as issues with coupon scanning, the overall experience has been positive, and the staff's improvement is a welcome change.
