The thing that really stuck out to me was that our server, I wish I could remember his name to give him a shoutout, genuinely cared about our experience. In a world where customer service seems to be dying, this staff seems to really care about their patrons. All non alcoholic... Food .... Well that came out over an hour after ordering... We were a party of 8 ... Originally party of 12 .. things were forgotten, mixed up, messed up ... 1 dinner came out after most were done clearing their plates ... Manager was rude n aggressive towards the wrong table ... Bad day at Applebee's ... We reserved the table over a week prior to give them heads up we were coming n they should have scheduled enough staff“
