“I Highly recommend fromThe Alibi Hotel & Nightclub with their deep-fried cheeseburger and believe me, the cheeseburgers actually deep-fried it in the fryer as I never knew you could deep fry a cheeseburger before but now I know and it is so mouthwatering delicious along with the side of the fried pickles with ranch dressing, dipping sauce, and nothing like it ice cold beer to drink to a bottle of ice cold water when this was my first time here and I’ll definitely come back again with such great owners, great bartenders, cooks, and staffs. Who are also very friendly and knowledgeable because it displays is Great for watching sporting events on there big screen TVs and only $28 for two people you can’t beat them PA coal region prices so thank you for making my Sunday a very memorable one“

“Was here for a private event.
There was bbq brisket, Mac and cheese and coleslaw.
Was pleased with meal.
Brisket was tender and had some good smokiness.
Very very good n cream Mac n cheese that wasn't mushy.
Not a coleslaw lover, but the slaw was fresh n crisp, probably vinegar centric instead of mayo n water. So I ate more slaw than the usual none.
Recommended.“

“Great place for bingo! Both family friend and adult bingos. Special games and rip tickets are also available during the normal bingo as well and a great way to fill in some of the gals between rounds.
Bar food is cheap and great for snacks and very reasonable of price / amount given.“

“We went here tonight as a group of 14 for a 50th birthday dinner. Food was great. Service was beyond exceptional! Even with the large group the waitress was very attentive and made sure everyone had their drinks and food. Will definitely come back again. Thanks for a great evening!“

“Recently got married and chose The Pottsville Zone to cater for our wedding and a dinner the night before. I also had my bridal shower here. Paul and Kerry were so helpful with the initial planning and making sure everything was organized for the catering at our reception that was a different location. We chose to do a small cocktail hour and buffet style dinner. There were plenty of options on the menu to pick from. They accommodated to the requests we had and were able to set everything up the day before, cleaned up during/after the dinner and made the whole process so easy. Everyone loved the food and it was a great day! Thank you again. Highly recommend for any event!“

“Good food but don’t order door dash/delivery it’s usually soggy. The last order I got was so waterlogged from condensation the fries were completely ruined and the chicken was barely edible.

“If you like old places with history this is a cool place to go. I visited for the first time while I was up shooting in a pool tournament around the corner from here at The Arena Billiards and Arcade. I I like old buildings and especially older bars or taverns. The smell reminds me of my younger days but the prices quickly rem I nd me that its not back in the time of 10 7oz draft beers for a $1 during happy hour on a Saturday afternoon. Regardless of that the decor i enjoyed checking out and the bartenders name was Kevin. Hes a very nice guy who will make you feel like hes known you for a while. He explains the menu choices and lets you know if you need or have any questions just let him know that hes there tobmake sure your visit is above average and hopes you will come back to visit again. They have a diamond pool table there and I believe there was some kind of skills machines. Like any bar theres the regular patro s which there were 3 that were there when I visited. They were all very friendly and welcomed me and made my visit more enjoyable as well as involving me in the conversation they were having. I didnt feel like an outsider which was a definite plus and was a reason for me to return again very soon when im back there again. They had some kind of burger which smelled and looked very good. Unfortunately I didnt get to try that during my visit but I will be enjoying one the next time . 2 of the 3 patrons had gotten one and they raved over it. So of your like me and enjoy retro places and just people from a small town hanging out with not alot of craziness going on. I recommend stopping in for a bite to eat and a drink or 2 . You will definetley appreciate the history thats still in the town.“

“I just recently discovered this little gem with great empanadas, pastel del choclo and many other Chilean favorites. The food tastes fantastic! The Cafe is situated in the middle of a park making it a very relaxing place to eat and hang out. The staff is also really friendly. It is much recommended!“

“The Summit burger is my favorite burger in the area. And that’s saying something, because I get burgers everywhere I go. 😂 The pretzel bun is fresh, the cheese is high quality, burger cooked perfectly and the fries are awesome as well. On top of that, it’s a beautiful atmosphere.“
“My review is only for the restaurant, not the hotel.It was clean with lots of sunlight, which lifts the mood. The food is traditional American and PA Dutch as they serve cream chipped beef, scrapple! The service was very good and the prices ?. Oatmeal is homemade and very good. We were a group of 14, and everyone enjoyed their breakfast. Orders incl. Creamchipped beef, omelets, oatmeal, hashbrown, eggs, and home orders were accommodated! We will Def. Return.“
