“The food was amazing. I didn't like that I was charged a cc service charge even after I paid cash for my food. I even bought it to our waitresses' attention before she took my money. The waitress assured me that the cc service charge would not be charged. It was a very busy night. A fund raiser was being held. I never got a receipt, but my bill was over $100. I would like the money refunded back to me for the cc service charge.“

“I came here for the first time and was very pleased, the spicy shrimp appetizer was delicious and the lasagna was also. We got a massive sundae for my boyfriend’s birthday but took it home because the portions definitely filled us up. One appetizer, two small pasta portions, one veggie split between 3 people was more than enough. Our server Ron was very helpful and attentive. Plus the unique decor makes for a really neat atmosphere.“

“We bought two 'Good Vibes' tour passes and this was one of the establishments involved in the tour.We are "new-ish" to the area and have probably driven by this location dozens of times and never considered to stop. What a mistake!Ten West has a very nice variety of pies and other choices without being overwhelming.My friend and I opted for the thin crust. He also had a slice of the grandma pizza. Both were good but, I preferred the thin crust. It was a near perfect slice of pie with "barely there" dough and a nice amount of sauce and cheese.We also took home a meatball sub and a personal stromboli. While my friend didn't care for the meatball sub. (Reheated seemed to lose something in translation), I thought the stromboli was delicious! I'm not a fan of loads of tasteless dough with very little meat. I'm not sure what they do to their dough but it was delicious and the fillings were just right.The staff was extremely friendly, answering all our questions. I'm unsure if it was the owner singing along with the radio or the cook but it was delightful!The seating was ample for the off- hour we dined but may not be adequate for large crowds. It's nothing fancy and it shouldn't be. In general everything seemed very clean.Parking was very convenient and sufficient.As a bonus to the experience, a train went by while we were dining and the building shook!We will absolutely return!“

“Just got home from an excellent meal at Sebastiano’s. This was our first time here. My wife had her favorite meal Chicken Marsala. Our waitress Dee, helped me in selecting their Ragu(sp?) with rigatoni and some of their Jersey Clam soup. ALL was DELICIOUS! We will be back again!“

“Loved the pizza, especially the amount of toppings. Crust was the perfect thickness. Also recommend the salmon salad. Some of the lettuce wasn't great, but the grilled salmon made up for that!! “Understated excellent pizza place with reasonable prices. $13.50 for a large cheese. Very good sauce & crust and a fairly large menu to include subs, pasta, Stromboli and dinners. The entire staff and owner are super nice and you feel sincerely appreciated as a customer. The owner makes an attempt to say hello to everyone despite how busy he is. I found this by accident visiting my parents. Now it's in my favorites! Food does not disapppint!“

“It's a takeout only hole in the wall that makes what are likely the best steaks in a 30 mile radius. I'm told that you can bring them into a local Tavern called the Broken Chair. It doesn't compare to the best S. Philadelphia options, but if you're in West Reading, do not hesitate!“

“Was just in tonight 7/27 around 545. Place was booming! All but one table was filled (granted it's a small place) but take out was also busy. Two ladies were working and I could tell they were busy so I would of had patience if they didn't get to me right away. However the older of the two asked how she could help me, I said if she needed a minute I could wait but she was on it and got my takeout order in.... Mind you I know plenty of people don't tip on takeout so as someone who has worked the industry I would of understood her putting her tables before me because she's there to pay her bills. (I did tip but she had no way of knowing if I would) so customer service A+ Food came out quick. I got a large chicken cheesesteak, fries and a slice in a little over ten minutes. My mom didn't eat the slice yet so I can't comment on that, I didn't even see it tbh. But the cheesesteak was delicious! Huge sandwich, just the way I ordered it. Super soft roll, didn't skimp on the meat. The fries seemed either over done or the fryer oil needed to be changed. They are the good battered fries though at least so I know under better circumstances I would of loved them. Maybe I should knock a star off for that, but really I won't because 1. Nothing is perfect 2. I got a lot of food for a fair price 3. Quick friendly service 4. It's a small business give people a break 10/10 recommend“

“Thanks to my son, this was our very first time visiting, and it wouldn't be the last. "Oh mami, I smell pizza." LOL, he is such a great boy. So, why, no?! The service is outstanding. Love the taste of the cheese pizza. And the garlic knots were a bomb. Both fresh. And they are big enough for such a reasonable price (3 pieces for $1.50). The atmosphere is pleasant to spend a good time there with family and friends.The lovely lady at the cashier was so sweet to my son, and since I told her, we were there because of him. “My fiancé and I went here for our anniversary, after being sat it took 30 minutes to be acknowledged by our waitress. The salad was fresh and the bread was as well. Sangria was good but a tad on the weaker side. Our pasta was good better than chain but I have received better. Overall, it was a decent meal and our waitress was very apologetic about the wait time.“

“I enjoyed the gathering of 30 family and friends to celebrate my niece's graduation. Their food was very good! The salad had too much Italian dressing, so ask for it on the side. The calamari, mozzarella sticks, and bushetta were delicious. The chicken marsalla was big and good. The Sicilian pizza was very good, too. Their mixed drinks were great! We did ask to turn down the music. The only thing that we would have liked is more lighting. It is very dark inside. The parking lot area is very confusing, but I was grateful that there was one.“
