“Update Fall 2025: Had several positive experiences here recently. The evening/weekend team is much more courteous and welcoming. Have enjoyed our last several visits.
The entrance is unsafe as other commenters have said, and you Could say that was not the Starbucks’ fault(?). But the customer service/courtesy is lacking. Will use the McMasters location instead when we can.“
“The drinks were perfect. My niece loved her matcha drink and I don't even like matcha and I thought it was tasty. My ribbon crunch was great. I didn't feel judged when I said oat milk with whipcrm. Lol!! Parking and the arrows are confusing but that's it. Lol.“
