First time eating inside. They just need to clean the tables on the inside as I was cleaning them and they need to clean the floors. Food was good. They also need a garbage can on the outside for throwing trash. Had to throw my trash over the counter.
I did have some issues but management resolved them for me. They worked with me to fix all the issues that happened. I'm very happy they did.
Food is always good here. It's a small place but perfect for takeout or delivery.

Haven’t been to wingstop in a while. Was so excited to get home and eat and discovered they’re boneless. What a tragedy! I should have double checked but bag was sealed. I think the guy misunderstood me. Also forgot my fries. 20 bucks for chicken nuggets and a drink is too expensive.
If I got classic wings and they didn’t forget my French fries I would have given 5 stars across the board. Clean shop and the staff does a good job with the sauce on the wings. No hard...read full review

Wingstop offers a popular spot for wing lovers, especially those who enjoy boneless wings and trying different flavors. Many customers appreciate the fresh and delicious wings, with some favorites like Louisiana rub. The food is generally made with care, and the wings are often served hot and crispy. The store stays open late, making it convenient for late-night cravings or workers returning from shifts. Ordering through the mobile app can provide good deals, and the staff is often described as friendly, respectful, and attentive to customer needs. Customers also mention that the restaurant is clean and maintains a good vibe, even during busy hours.
However, there are some downsides. The restaurant does not sell whole wings, only 1/2 wings, which may disappoint those seeking full wings. Some reviews mention that the prices are high for the portion sizes, and customers suggest that lowering prices could attract more visitors. Restroom cleanliness has been a concern, with reports of dirty facilities and empty soap dispensers. Mistakes in orders, like receiving all traditional wings instead of a mix or missing wings, have also been noted, although staff generally responded well to these issues. Additionally, some customers find the voodoo fries unremarkable and feel the overall value does not match the cost.
Overall, Wingstop in Monroeville is praised for its friendly staff, good service, and tasty wings, though cleanliness and pricing are areas for improvement.
