The staff at this location is absolutely abhorrent. we went to grab my wife lunch before work, and they neglected to tell us when we ordered a baked potato with butter and sour cream that they didn't have butter, and waited until we asked for some extra butter at the window to even inform us, which tells me they had no intention of mentioning it at all. TODAY, August 29, my wife went there in Moon. In the past we have had good results from this place. Tonight she waited in line for a longer than usual time. Then there was trouble with the order kiosk. She was in line for more than 15 minutes. At the window she encountered a very large man named Bob who was screaming profanities at his coworkers, once exclaiming he would shut this place down.
