I pity the people who work here. They're understaffed, there's only ice in the drink machine about half the time, their orders come in late meaning they might not have what you're looking for, receipt machine is broken, and the staff always look stressed. There's usually a 10-15 minute wait no matter what you get because there's only like 3 people in the back. They do what they can and they've always been nice to me, but the conditions of this place are sad.
It took 15 minutes in the drive through to get my food. I had to remind them to give me my drink and then my straw.
Just don't do it. I am a fan of Wendy's but their prices and promotions aren't what they used to be and now add poor service, at least at this location. This was the first time and last time coming to this Wendy's location. First off the way to get in and out of this Wendy's is laughable. No easy way in or out and is extremely confusing as to how they have stayed in business because of the difficulty going in and out.
