The drive through was having issues with another customer ahead of me so I was asked to come inside to order my food which I did. I ended up waiting an extended time because I believe they were taking care of the drive through orders first,then they ran out of fries 🍟 and had to get them from the freezer. The manager did provide me with a free drink for the inconvenience.I guess it's all good,things happen. The manager was very apologetic and friendly,the food was good...read full review
I pity the people who work here. They're understaffed, there's only ice in the drink machine about half the time, their orders come in late meaning they might not have what you're looking for, receipt machine is broken, and the staff always look stressed. There's usually a 10-15 minute wait no matter what you get because there's only like 3 people in the back. They do what they can and they've always been nice to me, but the conditions of this place are sad.
It took 15 minutes in the drive through to get my food. I had to remind them to give me my drink and then my straw.
