Coming from a family with roots in central Mexico, I can confidently say their tacos instantly transported me back to the streets of Mexico, sitting next to my dad, savoring every bite. Even though I live in Hainesport, NJ, I never hesitate to make the trip for their food. Distance is no obstacle when the reward is this good! I even convinced my husband to come with me to their food truck, and we both ordered the al pastor tacos with their spiciest salsa and an ice-cold bottled Coke. Let me tell you—it was *amazing*. Flavor-packed, satisfying, and completely worth it. Tacos Don Memo never disappoints!

“Best elote I've had in ages, and the Jamaica agua fresca was perfect, not too sweet for me. But I was a little disappointed by the sweet potato tacos. They were very fresh, but didn't seem to have much in the way of seasoning. I refused their offer of hot sauce cuz I was eating on the road and didn't want them to be too messy, but that was a mistake. Even so, I'm really happy to have another great Mexican option in the neighborhood, so next time I'll try one of the meat options just in case it's just that they don't put as much focus on the veggie tacos.“

I was told about this place by a coworker and decided to give them a try! The customer service, the freshly (on the spot) prepared meals, and the L.A. Taco Bistro signature sauce were all excellent. Be advised, with your food being prepared fresh to order, you will have a wait. My next time, I called ahead and my food was ready at pickup.
