The gentleman at the counter was BEYOND polite! He explained to me at my request the small street food items they had and helped me to pick things to try. He took the time to explain the ingredients to me and how it is prepared or served. After ordering we enjoyed ALL the food and a DELICIOUS dessert item. When looking for something new, you look for an experience like this, where someone takes the time to introduce you to things without judgement and with someone who cares about your experience and their cuisine and wants to share it. “We always enjoy eating at Pandarella’s, but today was definitely my favorite experience. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. Every staff member had a hand in helping our table. True definition of teamwork. It reminded me of the restaurant I worked at through high school and college, where every person who walked in the door was greeted and felt welcomed.
