“Eat-in service is really slow and the boy at the drive thru was short and not very friendly. Like, at least say thank you? Or have a good day? Or something to at least acknowledge that you just handed me my entire order and I'm good to drive away?
Aside from that, it's my fave location in the area and the prices are cheaper than most DQs“

“I went to enjoy dinner and their indoor play place tonight with my two young boys. The manager who took my order was so kind. She talked to my boys and carried our tray of food to the room as I had my hands full. She even noticed I didn't have napkins and went and grabbed us some. It made my night. A little kindness goes a long way. ❤“

“I love this DQ. Everyone is always very polite, smiling and caring. They know you by name as soon as you walk through the door. In addition Its always great knowing my burgers are make fresh for each order and their blizzards are flipped with a smile.“

“Clean all around. Not to busy. Our order was a bit slow to come but food was served hot and fresh,a bit sloppily put together though. Employees weren't overly cordial but greeted us kindly. I wouldn't go out of my way but I'd definitely stop back if in the area again.

Vegetarian options: No vegetarian menu but I believe there's a few items that would fall in to that category.“

“Yes very nice people i forgot my wallet at home, when i went to pay all i had was Apple Pay that didn’t work with there system. I was ready to leave and the manager said it was on them since they already made everything! I’ll be sure to go back to repay just because you don’t get that kind of service anymore!“

“This was the first LJS that I've seen since relocating to PA and as soon as I saw it, I had to have some. I got the 2 fish 1 chicken 3 shrimp platter with fries and coleslaw. I had about a 15 min drive home, and was impressed on how hot it still was. The waffle fries were a nice surprise and I still think that LJS coleslaw is the best I've ever had!“

“I had put an order in on the app yesterday for two chicken cantina tacos and when I got to the window they told me my order wasn't there. I looked on my app and it said order received and your order is ready. We couldn't figure out what the problem was and I know they have to go by their protocol and wait for the order to pop in. Needless to say I was tired of waiting a few minutes and just left. As I turned out of the parking lot and waited at the red light, I saw the manager running from the store to my car and he told me that he had made the tacos and sorry for the inconvenience. This is the definition of going above and beyond and was a great display of customer service. Kudos to the manager and their team for making the customer feel appreciated. Keep up the good work.“

“I’ve lived near this place for a good part of life and always get the same order really, but it’s always got nice fresh veggies and all seems to of just got made and hasn’t sat. Never rude worker interactions and it’s quick getting the food out“
