I’m a local and had dinner there recently. Salmon, blackened, was excellently cooked and strip steak was perfectly medium rare as requested. The smashed baked sweet potato is a MUST have and will be my “go to” side when I return! Early Bird 25% discount, until 5:30 on regular entrees, is a very generous offer in addition to extremely reasonable pricing. Any consideration to add Prime Rib?
The atmosphere was very cozy our server Rachel was very attentive. food was delicious I had a steak and lobster cooked to perfection. I highly recommend to go try. I will definitely be going there again.

It was girls night out and we had a blast! Our server Dawn was attentive and very nice. She made sure everything came out hot and we didn’t have to wait for our drinks. By the way the espresso martini was excellent!! Our meals were very good. I had the ribs. Also, Dawn indicated that they may have a karaoke night!!! Chops Steakhouse on the Mountain offers a great dining experience with attentive and friendly servers. The menu features delicious meals such as ribs, filet entree, and giant pretzel appetizer. The bar area is spacious and equipped with a pool table, making it a great spot for a night out. While some guests were disappointed with the extra charge for bread, overall, the restaurant serves good food and provides pleasant service, making it a must-visit spot in the Mt. Pocono area.
