“Mels Deli is our go to place for breakfast and lunch. The wait staff are always friendly and do their best to keep things moving as the place gets very busy. We can honestly say we've never had a bad meal here. Great coffee, homemade soups and delicious sandwiches!“

“I stopped here yesterday for a late lunch/early dinner after spending time in Lewisburg. I had stopped before and had a turkey dinner with all the trimmings and it was fantastic!! Yesterday, I ordered the honey dipped chicken tenders, baked potato, and the baked corn. Again it was fantastic!! The baked corn is some of the best I have ever eaten!! I make a point to eat here when I’m down that way. The parking lot is full quite often which usually means….good food!!! The service was great both times!! The girls have been friendly and the food has been pretty quick coming out. To the cook….your food is amazing and very delicious!!! Looking forward to my next trip south just to eat there again!!! “I have been to Griggs many times. The food,staff and atmosphere is normally always good. We went there for dinner tonight and I decided to order breakfast. The eggs didn't come out the way I ordered them and the home fries were not fit to eat. The Waitress just said sorry it wasn't the way you liked it and the home fries weren't good and walked away. Offered no solutions I was very disappointed with my experience this evening. I really enjoy coming here to eat but tonight certainly was nothing like previous visits.“

“This is the best money I have ever spent. We rented a small cabin next to the bathrooms. This campground is CLEAN. The bathrooms and showers are great. The restaurant/bar on site is perfect. No need to even bring food. The kids spent hours at the gem mine and pool.“
