“I just got off of work and decided to go get dinner from McDonald’s in muncy on lycoming mall drive, im in drive through a young women asked if I saw a man on a bike bc he was in asking for food bc he hasn’t ate in 6 days! I said no I haven’t seen him but I hope he comes back to get food being that they were going to make him free food so he could eat! I drive down a little bit and see legs hanging out of a clothes donations bin looking for shoes I let him know that McDonald’s was going to feed him but he was to embarrassed to go back so I drove back explaining that I found him and they made him a burger and a water I offered to pay for a French fry and they told me no and gave it to him for his meal! I drove the food back to the man and he was so great full!!! Thank you to the young lady and manager on duty feeding this homeless man you made his night and mine! Amazing customer service!“

“I felt ignored when we first got there. The 3 employees were working on an online order, talking to each other. My husband and I stood there a few minutes before one of them took our order, but they continued talking to each other, as if we weren't there.“

And this same guy and girl are always there and always treat me with respect, they both have me recognized at this point and they always say hit to me. “Online orders are sadly always messed up, always. Something's either wrong, missing, or both.

After the remodel, it's not as comfortable as it used to be. The atmosphere seems like it was designed to not be comfortable, but if patreons do eat there, they just hose it off at the end of the day. So we always get our orders to go, but always have to check and go back and have it fixed.“

“This is a rather small subway store with excellent customer service. The establishment is well-kept. Very clean place for a quick bite, fast friendly service to get you on your way. The toaster oven has been down for a long time is possibly the only downside.

Vegetarian options: It's Subway, the Veggie is all vegetables no meats.

Kid-friendliness: Cookies and chips plus a kid size menu. What's a kid not to love?

Parking: Plenty of parking in this lot 20 plus spaces.

“Started going here about a week ago. The employees are extremely nice. All very helpful. The food has been fresh and very good. I normally get the chicken bacon ranch but without the ranch(weird I know haha). Have had the ham as well. Both are good. Next to no wait time for your food and the dining area is well maintained.“
