“I usually love eating here and understand that it gets very busy. However, they do not run reservations well. I checked in 30 minutes after making my reservation. My quoted time was 40 to 55 minutes. We waited an additional 30 to be told that I wasn't checked in properly. Waited a total of an hour and 20 minutes and still was not seated.”

“Don't usually like to eat at chains, but I am a repeat customer here when in the area. Good, fresh, Italian meats and a lot of it. Potential toppings are plentiful, and you can make your sub genuinely spicy if you're into that. Staff have always been nice with me. A little pricy though, so I only eat there on the discount days.”

The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Micah, the owner, who made us feel like family. It was as if he had known us for years! Micah’s hospitality was unmatched. He generously offered us free samples of their incredible chocolate, encouraging us to try as much as we liked. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly set the tone for our visit. As for the milkshakes, they were out of this world! I indulged in the Bananas Foster Milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. My wife couldn’t get enough of her Cookie Brownie Fudge milkshake—it was the perfect blend of decadent flavors. Our kids loved their classic Vanilla Milkshakes, which were smooth and delicious. The attention to detail, quality of ingredients, and exceptional customer service made this visit unforgettable. We can’t wait to return and try more of their amazing offerings. “We ate here tonight and the service was amazing. Bri or Bria was our waitress and she was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. There were about 16 of us all together and she took really good care of us. Constantly kept an eye on our drinks. We never had to ask for a refill. She was always smiling and even sang happy birthday to my special needs niece who we were there for celebrating. We all hung out for a while after we ate and never felt rushed which is what I really liked. Thank you for the wonderful service and great food. We spun the cool wheel for my nieces birthday for a prize.”

“I just wanted to say...things have been tough at Panera, so little staff, and the staff here is still just great. Even after the woman ( blond long pony tail with glasses) picked up a fruit cup, that exploded all over the floor, you could tell it had been a DAY. She was kind and polite to me, I have a severe stutter and so many people laugh or stare, she took our order and filled it quickly and with a smile. She was great! The staff cooking were quick and efficient as well, all with a smile. Thank you!”

“My gf and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and were delighted by our waitress, ERICKA. She was so sweet and very attentive. We ordered the salad bar (10/10) and each got a meal to go. She waited to put our order in so that we could get it hot and fresh before leaving.

During our meal, she brought us over freshly made corn dip and chips after we told her we hadn't gotten to try it!! Just went above and beyond and was very kind. ❤️”
