“Awesome cheesesteak!! Huge portion, loaded with onions. I tried the Black Pepper Cooper, not a huge fan. But that’s just a personal preference. Other then that, it was delicious. Highly recommend. Give them a try. Owner was very friendly also.“

“Scott and his team are fantastic. We used Jerry's Kitchen for a company picnic and it went by smooth. Line kept moving which made it easier for everyone to get their food. The menu options were easy to choose from especially ones with dietary needs. Food was delicious and hot. Looking forward to using them in the future.“

The food was amazing and copious, Ott had everything running smoothly (and is as incredible as everyone says), Denise made sure that we were well taken care of the entire night, and the space was just beautiful. You hear a ton of stories about things going wrong on your actual day, but literally nothing went wrong. We are beyond happy that we went with Finley and would choose them over and over again. We booked our wedding two years in advance and our experience all the way through the end of our wedding was impeccable. Brooke was extremely communicative, patient and honest with us. If you’re deciding to go with a Finley venue, do it. You won’t regret it.“

“I am still glowing in the warmth of the chic and cozy atmosphere, incredible service, and unbelievably delicious meal I had this evening. This was my first visit to Miss Rachel’s Pantry, and it was outstanding from start (delectable biscuits) to finish (pineapple upside down cake with coconut ice cream). While I regularly enjoy vegetarian cuisine, I’m an omnivore and haven’t had much experience with vegan food. Chef Rachel and team’s vegan cuisine was beyond my wildest imagination — a visual and culinary work of art. So delicious- I will definitely be back again soon and regularly! Don’t hesitate! “Beautiful venue. Seriously, the pics dont do it justice. You must visit to see in person. It is an amazing space in a great location with a nice, courteous staff. There is only one reason and one reason only, I cannot give it a full 5 stars; and it is because my husband and I were not told prior that TWO OTHER EVENTS were booked and would be hosted the SAME DAY as our wedding. Although, I understand business is business, it would have been nice to have been given notice and the courtesy of being informed, as we would have been able to properly notify our own vendors (DJ, videographer) on how to proceed and work.
A photographer from one of the other events rudely interrupted our photographer literally while she was in the middle of filming just to give her pointers on how to tell us to pose. This made her very uncomfortable. I do not blame the host for this happening. But with multiple events being had at once it created an atmosphere for this uncomfortable exchange to take place. This individual should have never been able to just walk up and do this!
Also, with the venue hosting multiple events at once, it appeared to overwhelm the host a great deal. It was written all over her face and at times she seemed a bit flustered. She did apologize to us at the end of our reception and all was good. Overall, I still recommend. Just make sure to ask if other events will be hosted the same day as your event so you are not suprised like we were. Our wedding was still very beautiful. The decor was outstanding. Our videographer captured great moments, especially during the evening at sundown with the lights. Our guests had an amazing time!“

“When we first toured Pomme, we knew there was something really special about it. We had looked at a few other venues in the area, but the space and property were so unique. A little botanical oasis! We initially worked with Dana to book, and then with Grace, our event coordinator. They were both super easy to work with and made the process go very smoothly.
On the big day, everything went according to plan! The food was excellent and the poke bar was a hit! The staff made us feel well taken care of. They made the day and evening incredibly enjoyable. We had such a magical time, and our family and friends are still raving about it!

“Jonathan was an absolute joy to work with for our group order of 14 sandwiches for our volleyball team. He was super flexible as we weren't sure of our exact delivery time and location until 12 hours prior since we didn't know our playing schedule. Delivery was right on time and all sandwiches were accounted for and delicious! They were huge portions and definitely couldn't finish in one seating. The bread was delicious and my sandwich had a ton of turkey. An amazing value for sure! They even gave all of us extra bread pudding as an appreciation of our business (it was DELICIOUS!). We hope to return to Philadelphia in 2025 for the Northeast Qualifier Volleyball tournament so we can work with Jonathan again. Thanks a ton, Jonathan & William!“

“This review has been long overdue. Blitz Catering did a fabulous job for my husbands dads repast at the beginning of this year. I’m so sorry for the delay, but better late than never and I just was reminded because one of my family members just text to ask your name and she really enjoyed the food !! That jogged my memory that I never completed your review. Food was absolutely delicious, beautiful set up, provided serving and clean up! She even brought her speaker and played nice background music!! It was well worth the cost. Owner was super sweet, professional, provided great customer service and made things easier for us since we were setting up from out of state. “Get the cheesesteak hoagie almost every Friday to break 20s for ump fees for some sport leagues. It is cash only, but the food is great.
Parking: URBN cafeteria shares a parking lot with it, but the cafeteria is only open Tuesday to Thursday. Parking lots get full then but otherwise super easy to park the other four days a week.“

“Had a wedding last weekend using Brulee Catering. We had a sit down dinner for 194 guests, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was very wrong. Filet and salmon were selected as entrees and they were delicious. The filet and salmon entrees weren't overdone and they weren't cold. Great job done by Brulee. The appetizers were outstanding also. The guests were very happy eating sliders and then they also got a great meal. I received many compliments on the food that night. Well Done!!!“

“I can‘t reccommend Joshua’s Catering enough!! Kate Winters and the entire staff there are professional, helpful, and reliable. They go above and beyond to make sure any event you have catered by them is a wonderful affair. We had my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah with them on 10/27/18 at Alvethorpe Manor/Abington Art Center and they made it amazing! They work with you to ensure that your event is what you envision it to be. Kate Winters in particular worked tirelessly to help us from the first meeting to the actual event. She was always available to answer questions and troubleshoot. I mean always. The woman does not sleep! Everyone raved about the food and the ambiance, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the servers. Their motto should be “don‘t worry about your event, we will take care of all of it!” They truly take care of everything. I highly reccommend them for anyone planing an important event! You will not regret it!“
“We chose Cricket Catering for our daughter’s wedding at the Duportail House - Chesterbrook the weekend of 10/19/24. I cannot say enough about how wonderful all of the food was. Owner/operator Drew was so easy to work with. When we first went to his facility for a tasting we were shocked by the amount of and the variety of the foods he served us, all at no cost. We sampled everything from appetizers to desserts. We chose a buffet style service which included a taco/fajita bar as well as three other entrees and side dishes. Drew was also very attentive to our guests with dietary issues. Items which were gluten free were clearly labeled as such. At the last minute we informed him of our need for two vegan meals which he prepared and served directly to those guests! What added to the event was his wonderful staff. The servers were so polite, warm, and friendly. We fell in love with them and especially the bartender!! She was the best!! Drew was also very accommodating with allowing us to bring in our own desserts, which included a waffle and ice cream food truck. Most caterers would not allow such things. Planning a wedding can be very anxiety producing, but Drew made the catering part of it as easy as can be. The guests are still raving about the food!“

The class was super hands-on but you could always flag down a chef for assistance. Gary was a great resource for all things cooking - knife safety, food processor tips, and more. Would highly recommend for a date night!“

We arranged for and enjoyed their backyard BBQ package and it was a big hit. Ribs, brisket, smoked catfish, corn, slaws, and so on were delicious. Above all, Herb himself helmed a team each of whom were outstanding in both service and professionalism. Lastly, the house and all areas were left spotless. Our sincerest recommendation where quality and good service is desired.“

“Good quality food, really large selection of vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan options. I love any place that caters to a diverse set of allergies and dietary needs. I wasn’t super excited by the empanadas, but the Mediterranean platter was delicious. Service was very friendly, but I could see they were a bit overwhelmed with orders. I will definitely return and give the place another shot because they have a great looking menu.“
