“A friend and I went to The Greeks to watch the Phillies game and one of the worker that was behind the bar were being RUDE to us. We were sitting at the bar and (not even) 4 minutes into the game. He come to us and said; if you guys going to sit here, you have to order, than he added, I’m being serious. My friend and I both know that, but he DID NOT have to be rude about it by adding “I’m serious” at the end of that statement. Before the game even started, I told the other worker that was behind the bar that I would order a few minutes into the game.“

“The food was subpar. The prices are ridiculously high for the quality of the food. The service was average at best. Order a "vegan" burger for $17 which was just an impossible patty which came between a bunch that tasted and felt like cardboard. Also didn't come with fries. the drink photos in the menu are deceptive as they appear larger than the actual drinks received. Save yourself some money and have a better meal by going downstairs at the Grand Sierra Resort to Johnny Rockets.“

“This Spots Bar is fairly new, replacing the old Hot Shots. Very clean and completely renovated. Updated with multiple tv’s to watch all your sporting events no matter where you sit. Bar staff and owners are very friendly and courteous. If you enjoy shooting pool they have two tables. Venue caters to all ages. Juke Box, Foosball, pinball Arcade games, pool tables, stage for bands, DJ booth, dance floor, cocktails and good affordable food. This bar is newer and just getting started in SJ but getting ready to explode and compete with all the top sports bars in the area. Easily located and plenty of parking. Highly recommended for fun with featured nights from bands, Open Mic Night, Texas Hold’m and pool league nights.“

“Bartenders, cooks were cool as the other side of the pillow. Other Patrons were friendly as well. Mixed crowded interacting like family at a barbecue. Women are very approachable (not stuck up or with bad attitudes) definitely a place that I would go back, too.

“I just joined Five Iron Fishtown and I love it. The location is great and I love the vibes of the inside. The hours are perfect as I generally go to use the simulators before work in the morning and work on my swing or play a round. I’ve also had a few lessons with Senior Golf Pro Matt Davis and I can already tell my swing has gotten better. With the technology they have and following Matt’s direction I feel like I’ll be performing a lot better once I get on an actual course. Highly recommend.“

“I have been coming to Freddy & Tony's since i was born! As soon as you walk in they make you feel like your family. If you do not speak Spanish or know how to read Spanish that is not a problem here their menu is biligual, and so are the staff. This place is were I go to get a home style meal from the islands. My favorite is their sweet plantain, stewed chicken, arroz con gandules, and salad(***put oil and vinegar on it not salad dressing it cuts the fat from the food you're eating to refresh you pallet). They have tons of options to choose from too, just know that if you going here on a Saturday or Sunday be ready for a crowd because this is THE best place to go for Puerto Rican food in Philly!“

“Have been a couple times and had the excellent wings. This time I asked the bartender Emily for a non-wing suggestion and she mentioned the Southwest Chicken Panini. I went with that and was glad that I did. The habanero bacon jam was legit. Emily was very attentive even with the gradually growing crowd she had to pour for. Total rock star! “Our fave: dinner res followed by Pat taking us to CBP on crab fry bus! We were early & immediately sat. Party of 6, split 3 fries, all our dinners were delish! Quick, friendly, attentive service always!! We had 2 birthdays- ty for letting us bring in NBC. FYI we always ask to take advantage of happy hour- but it's bar only & we never get sat there! Hostess told us to ask server for discount- nope. It's ok but we order a lot of dranks lol oh and we didn't know T-shirts were only $15... yeah my mom (her first time here, loved it) took advantage ha all our boys got one for trip down the shore.
