The food is BK. But what really is the deal with the wait times. I believe the staff chooses to ignore you hoping you leave. The estimate of 20+ minutes IF you are the only person in line is 100% correct. And somehow the food is not hot or fresh. However, all the bad reviews are the same, so clearly management does not care. I say don't support for now, as the only way to fix it is to hit their pockets.
Took awhile for food. They didn't clean up the mess made a boy with the ice and soda machine. There floor is slippery without spills. By the time we finished eating they still did not clean it up or put a sign wet floor out. Tables were not cleaned off. Someone on the food line was upset and out came fxxk. Not a good experience

Every time I drive through this Burger King , the quality of food is wonderful and the service is outstanding!!!! Levi , was working the drive thru today , and as always , he is as kind as can be! I appreciate amazing customer service , thanks Levi!
