“This has always been my go to for pretzels and trays they are the best. I have always defended the person that everyone complains about the way she talks to people. That being said I will not order again from them no matter how much I like them she is VERY IGNORANT< RUDE AND SURPRISED SHE IS STILL IN BUSINESS. Customer service goes a long way lady. Edit to this review: The owner just called me back and very apologetic for the customer service so I felt compelled to edit my review as that shows good customer service. Like I said they have the best pretzels around so at this point because he reached out I will order now and in the future. Thank you for the call.“
