“Idk lady name who works there but she was really nice! I asked her for an unsalted pretzel and none were made she said she will make some for me (which i dont mind waiting because its fresh) i also asked her can she make mine light (i dont like the “golden brown” rule they have for their pretzels) she said sure. And it WASNT crowded i was the only one there. She was very nice“

“Friendly staff and orders ready when promised. Their pretzels are always fresh. They seem to have studied their trends and know when they need more and when they need less. We visit this location when we need or want pretzels when we are at home and the location near Woodhaven Rd when heading to the shore or the stadiums. I have never experienced rude or inattentive staff. And, similar to another review, we stopped in one day just as they were closing, and they were friendly, and offered us what they had left at the end of the day.“

“I love this pretzel factory. Everyone who works there is so nice! They're also really helpful- it's never a problem getting a pretzel tray, even on short notice. Also, about 90% of the time, the pretzels are fresh and warm. You're not always guaranteed fresh hot pretzels at any time of day, but it just seems like they're always right out of the oven here.“
