Idk lady name who works there but she was really nice! I asked her for an unsalted pretzel and none were made she said she will make some for me (which i dont mind waiting because its fresh) i also asked her can she make mine light (i dont like the “golden brown” rule they have for their pretzels) she said sure. And it WASNT crowded i was the only one there. She was very nice
Auntie Anne's has had a few locations over the years in the Montgomery Mall. From what I recall, one was on the lower level in one of the side halls near an entrance (although I forget which one), then it was moved to a small stand on the lower level near Dicks Sporting Goods and now the small stand has moved near the middle of the mall on the lower level near the two giant Macy's Court escalators. Though the location is smaller than it used to be, it's still the same awesome...read full review
