I usually love chipotle but when I went this time, it was a big disappointment. I ate my food and it was OK, but I took a bite and there was a long black hair in it. (I have bright bleached blonde hair by the way) I cannot believe this and I’m never ordering here again please BE AWARE! that health code does not seem to be in check here.
Don’t clean the dust off your vents above the open food. Kind of stupid and 100% unsanitary. Doesn’t take a genius to realize this should be done pre service or over night when the food is not out and exposed to dust and junk….def not a good look doing this during a lunch rush…
