This place has my favorite soft pretzels. I went both in the morning and near closing, and the pretzels were freshly baked both times. Prices were good, $1.50 for a regular size pretzel as of early 2024. Service is fast.
Good pretzels. Everyone complains about rude employees. GET OVER IT, you bunch of thin skinned A-- Wipes. You don't eat attitude, just the fresh, hot, salty pretzels that you went there for in the first place.

I grew up on the original Ben Franklin Philly pretzels. Unfortunately they closed down. Dozens of cheap impersonators have arisen but none are even close. Jim's are the closest to those historic Ben Franklin we loved so much. I get them every time I drive it. Yum.
