Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and received a non-toasted bagel with no cream cheese. I normally have a decent drive thru experience and am not one to complain about food service, but there were no other cars in the drive thru and few in the parking lot so I could assume they weren’t busy. My drink was really good though.

I went inside. I got a dozen donuts and a large iced latte. My coffee was 3/4 full. I asked the lady if she could fill it up. She said it was pre measured, which I watched the kid make it, it definitely was not! However, she did offer to put more ice in it. I said it has plenty of ice!

This location would rather block traffic than have cars pull up and bring their coffee out. When I came to leave my review I had to edit a 2 year old review that I had left where we drove to another location to get coffee. ??

Waited forever to order with nobody in front of me in line. Waited even longer for one coffee drink. It was 3/4 full. Really? Happened two days in a row! Won't be back to this store.

I come here almost daily, This specific location is ify , coffee is never consistent.Sometimes my signature lattes come out signature ,other times I get ice coffee who knows.They do go through staff quickly ,so maybe they just don't have time to learn the recipes.The other 2 locations in our area out rank it by far.

Once again they got my order wrong I decided to call only to hear the lady that answered be rude and disrespectful and then hang up on me. I get delivery at least four times a week,I'm sorry to say Dunkin's in new Castle on n.mill st .lost a customer.
