I'm not sure if I'm writing this in the right spot, but I need to let everyone know what amazing , generous, special people you have working for you. This is the second time I have had the privilege to take care of these wonderful people at the Applebee's in Erie, PA , where I have been working for 26 years. Today they showed up with 2 boxes of doughnuts for our employees and for the second time, gave every single employee that was working today $20....this kind of generosity...read full review
Highly recommend their 3 New Castle locations, I’m always taken care of in a timely and pleasant matter. Their employees are very kind and helpful!
Owners are compassionate- go above and beyond for the customer. If you have an issue just reach out. They will do everything in their power to resolve that issue. They do a lot for the community, and are very passionate about their businesses!

Manager Kaileah Vellone is friendly and kind, making customers happy. Wheelchair accessibility is limited, as there is no ramp for dining or ordering inside. Customers appreciate the donuts and frozen mocha coffee, and the staff's patience with all customers.
