Once again the Shenango Dunkin Donuts has rendered me speechless ... Waited in Drive thru line for 15 or so minutes just to get to the window and be told that they just RAN OUT OF STRAWS!! I said to the girl who was laughing "I'm headed to Pittsburgh, how am I supposed to drink a frozen coffee with no straw" her response was "I don't know" then continued to swipe my card. She had to get the manager to refund my money and I got no morning coffee ... The absolute worst Dunkin ever...read full review
