“I went in for a cone, had a fifty and the kid behind the counter paid it forward and bought my cone for me. I will definitely be going back. I hope they do some type of parking lot Car cruise. Looking forward for that patio to open up might be a good place for a DJ during the car cruise.“

“Someone keeps screwing up my ice cream. It's good but every single time it looks like it was stomped out on a curb. My family keeps getting the same thing and it's perfect, looks just like the idle ice cream. But when I order it looks like someone reached into the machine, pulled out the ice cream, shoved it down the cone before playing catch with it.“

“In my opinion, this McDonald's runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone does their best, and the friendliest order hand-off you could ever ask for is from employee Annie, who always has a smile to share. Hope McDonald's realizes what a gem they have in this particular team member. Annie is the Best :)“

“Food is usually fresh and the service is quite good. Staff are respectful and friendly. atmosphere is welcoming. Unlike the McDonald's in this area, orders are rarely made incorrectly.
Parking: It's a small parking lot, should be enough to find a spot on most days and times.“

“Order for takeout. This is a combo location with KFC. There are accessible parking places near the door, the entrance is accessible, and seating is, as well. Pleasant, efficient service right away, as soon as we were ready to order. The very nice girl who took our order was easily able to tell us what all was on the different items and compare between choices. We each got one KFC and one Taco Bell item for dinner. Restaurant was not crowded, and the drive-through appeared to be efficient as well. Our order was right the first time - which is highly unusual for this location; we usually get shorted at least one item, and often have individual orders wrong at pickup (we get food from here at least once every 2 weeks). Crispy strips were yummy, as always, but I wish KFC would bring back its old Sweet & Sour dipping sauce; the current sauces are less-than-yummy. Original 3-piece white meal had one good chicken breast, one tiny, greasy chicken breast, and one really greasy wing. The Mexican pizza was very good, and the Supreme Burritos were excellent, also. Our order was complete quickly and efficiently, and service with a smile.“

“I don't know if it's how they were trained, or if it's just typical Southern Hospitality, but me and my significant other stopped in Arby's union square plaza Saturday 10/19/24 at 4:00pm and greeted by the friendliest staff ive ever encountered. I didn't get their names, but it was 2 young guys and one female that I assumed was the manager. The way they associate with the customers, the way they worked together, it was second to none, more like they were family and not just co workers. Big shout out to, let's just call him Louisiana, his friend and the young lady behind the counter that night.

“Stopped by the Popeyes in New Castle and it didn’t disappoint. The wings were hot, crispy, and hit perfectly with that fresh Sweet N’ Smokey Chipotle sauce—bold flavor with just the right kick. Service was solid and dependable like always. Great stop when you’re craving something flavorful and fast.“

“I just had the best experience at the Burger King in New Castle, Pennsylvania! The food was incredibly fresh and hot, exactly what you hope for from a flame-grilled burger. My Whopper was perfectly made, and the fries were golden and crispy.
The service was speedy and friendly, which always makes a fast-food stop even better. It's clear they take pride in what they do here. Definitely a top-notch Burger King location!“

“Had a very bad experience at this store thinking about posting experience on Facebook, My daughter and I visited the location above on the date and time shown on receipt above. I specially asked the cashier names Alex that I wanted my order made fresh I didn’t care how long it would take I just wanted all my food cooked hot and fresh. 1 minute after I placed my order they are calling my name. I spoke to the manager Betty and explained there is no way that this could be my order I wanted my food made fresh, she tries to tell me that it was made fresh which was insulting because I am very intelligent not to mention I used to manage Wendy’s in Cleveland Ohio before so I know it takes 10-12 minutes to cook something fresh. So after the replaced the order I asked the manager Betty if I could have a word with her when I finished my meal, upon completion I went to talk to the manager Betty to explain that only the chicken sandwich was hot and the burger wasn’t satisfactory my intention was to request half my money back being I wasn’t satisfied. It was at that point I was asked to leave and I was still eating a frosty and my daughter was still eating at this point because it wasn’t resolved at the store level I do not ever plan to visit Wendy’s again and now requesting a full refund. I do not want and gift certificate or any thing like that , you can keep your apologies because the manager Betty should have been the one to provide it. Please send a check for the full balance of my order to.“
