The coconut curry soup is absolutely delicious! I sampled it plain at the Home Show and bought some. It said that you could add ground lamb which I tried at home and it was just as good. It’s a great soup for both a vegetarian and non vegetarian option.
I've been picking up a couple of these soup mixes at farmer's markets for a while now. Every one that I've made is delicious. For Christmas I got a whole big batch and shared them around with family and friends for gifts. Prep time is fast, soups are healthy and nutritious and --- wow, I'm getting hungry for one just writing this!

We came across ForeverGreen products at the Home Garden Show in Ohio, and the samples were absolutely delicious. We bought three bags at the show to start and since they were a big hit at home, our first real purchase was a week or two later. 8 bags for 88 dollars is an amazing deal in today's high priced grocery market. That is $11 a bag, with the recommended recipes on the back (if you shop at Aldi's), the 7 portion sizes make these meals runs anywhere between $20 to $30 bucks....read full review
