“The Sweet Potato Chili is the absolute best! I've doubled the recipe seven (7) times now and my friends and I have enjoyed it monthly since December. Instead of the water, I use unsalted chicken stock and I've even added several other ingredients to the recipe such as a can of Rotel, a can of whole corn, a can of kidney beans, and a can of garbanzo beans. When serving, cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top are both an absolute must. I highly recommend if you like chili.“
