Went to Diary Queen in New Cumberland on 5/28/2022 at 5 PM and what we received as a large chocolate cone and a medium strawberry sundae. We have been going to this location for over a year and these were by far the smallest we have been given! In fact we were here this past Tuesday and we ordered the same and the cone was at least double the size of what I received today and the same for the strawberry sundae! Stopped in here at 11:10 on a Wednesday and place was NOT opened even though sign says open at 11:00am �. They just lost some sales!!!!
2nd time in 2 weeks. Disrespectful, rude and actually this time the lady laughed when I said we wouldn't return. I ordered 6 small twist cones and a chocolate dipped cone. Received the 6 and asked where the last cone was she laughed and said "are you kidding, that's not what you ordered" No I'm not kidding, 6 cones for the kids in the van and one for myself. I left still wanting ice cream because there was no offer to correct her mistake.
