Overall, the food is okay but the service is horrific. If you want an accurate and timely order, then this is not the store to order from.“

I was in to eat the other night and was greeted by the cashier named Kristen , she was so pleasant and I could tell she was new because I'm a frequent at this arbys and never seen her, but I got to say she took her time was so patient and professional and made sure I had everything correct with my order. As I was sitting and eating just observing. Her interactions with the customers was amazing. She had everyone in there smiling and just satisfied. “Massive improvements over recent experiences. I do not eat fast food often but we were back from an out of state flight, it was late and everyone was hungry. The drive thru person took our order without saying "we are not taking large orders" and had everything to us quickly, hot and correct. She was very friendly and we did not have to wait more than what I consider a normal amount of time for a couple of burgers, a chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, drinks and fries. Good job, Wendy's on improving your service!“
