“This is a good BK Location. There are sometimes small mistakes, like one too few nuggets or fries instead of the onion rings I ordered, but over all the food is fine and the staff is all very friendly, which makes all the difference. They do get busy with the drive through which seems to take priority over walk in customers. I usually stop in several times a month when I'm on the road. Two drive through lanes . Tina and Allison are really efficient managers and are really on top of orders.“

“The people who work here 95% of the time dont read the order requests for custom pizzas. Not to mention, if you are given a semi long wait time, just be prepared to wait over an hour for the food beyond the end of the initial estimate. Overall, the food is okay but the service is horrific. If you want an accurate and timely order, then this is not the store to order from.“

“I usually don't have time to write a review, but I feel this one's is well deserved . I was in to eat the other night and was greeted by the cashier named Kristen , she was so pleasant and I could tell she was new because I'm a frequent at this arbys and never seen her, but I got to say she took her time was so patient and professional and made sure I had everything correct with my order. As I was sitting and eating just observing. Her interactions with the customers was amazing. She had everyone in there smiling and just satisfied. It was a pleasure and the food was also great which made it a wonderful experience altogether. I always love eating at Arby's. Thank you for such. Pleasant experience. Will be in to eat again.“

“I just got done going to Walmart and Shrewsbury and found a $5 bill in the parking lot. Went to Taco Bell there, told them I was a disabled and homeless veteran anything to eat I had $5.34 and they had me pull around. They asked if I wanted anything to drink as well and I was content with water but they gave me two bottles of water instead of tap water and filled the gallon container of water up for Dexter, not only were they kind and gave me what I asked, he gave me some coupons for free tacos and a free Nachos Bell Grande as well as some Nacho fries! I was honestly taken aback at their kindness and cannot explain to you how happy they made me! As I pulled into eat my food I just started crying. It's hard enough for me to ask these things bc I feel like I'm begging, but a closed mouth doesn't get fed. Literally... but they helped and they were happy to and it made me feel so special. I will always go to this place if I'm ever close to it! People should be smarter and Kinder like this because people can read these comments and other people of like mind will go to eat there to support people what kinds like this so it's a wise business idea even if you're doing it for strictly financial reasons because you're going to get more customers! And yes I am embarrassed by this picture because they look so foolish, but I almost never cry in life and you can tell I just had for about 30 seconds to a minute“

“We were traveling and craving Five Guys so we stopped to put in an order. These guys didn't disappoint. There is nothing like driving down the highway eating french fries... Especially when you have a little extra in the bag. Thanks for making our day!“

“Was at Shrewsbury branch today. Food delicious. My husband had the supreme chicken sandwich meal with Mac and cheese and a chocolate milkshake. I had grilled chicken nuggets and the chicken tortilla soup. Everything was delicious. The teenager running the register was fine, but no smiles or welcoming feeling came through. Ate there. The only thing negative that struck me was, the walls and the partitions beside the booths were dirty. There was dust, splashes of soda and sauce everywhere. This is not something I look for or normally notice so it had to be abundant.“

“I came tonight Wednesday, November 12, at 11:30. Thirty minutes before closing. The drive thru girl was amazing. She sounded lovely and nice and her service was great. Food came out fast and fresh. This has been my best experience at Wendy's so far.“

“This is a very clean and welcoming Subway restaurant. There were 2 ladies helping customers, both of whom were very polite and friendly. I ordered a 6" turkey sub on Italian bread. The sub itself was very good, although the bread was a little dry and almost crunchy. Judging from the color it may have been baked too long instead of going stale. The lettuce on my sub was pretty fresh, and the meat and provolone cheese were great. On the counter behind the glass, some of the vegetables looked a bit wilted. They also had no double chocolate cookies available, which is somewhat disappointing but not a huge deal. From my single experience here, this Subway is really good but not over the top great. With a few minor changes it can easily earn a 5-star review in the future.“
