“Saw a sign for croissants on the sidewalk at 203 South State Street, Newtown, PA. I quickly turned into the parking lot remembering I have been wanting to stop in to this shop. OMG!!! No disappointment here. As I walked up to the front door, you could smell the deliciousness seeping through the openings. This will be my first stop in on Sundays in the future. She shared the significance of the day today as we indulged in the delicious crepes. My daughter confirmed the Nutella crepe was the best she ever had.. and she’s a tough critic, too. “I recently purchased cream filled donuts, cherry crumb, pie, and apple caramel walnut pie. Everything and I mean everything is delicious.! The cherry pie reminds me of my mom’s homemade. I thoroughly enjoyed the cream donuts. It’s my favorite donut from when I was a child. Many bakeries have closed over the years so it’s hard to find one that meets my expectations. “An unexpected gem!
First thing - I found this place because of a mention on Reddit. I called on Friday to see if they could make a Red Velvet cake for my birthday.. the next day. I did not expect the girl on the phone to say that they could have it ready for pickup by noon the next day, especially because a lot of places I called requested at least a few days. That was the best news.
Second - Their site showed that they sold Red Velvet Cheesecake Tortes versus regular Red Velvet cakes so I ordered that. I’m so glad I did because it tasted delicious. It was beyond what I expected. The red velvet was not dry, icing was on point, and the cheesecake was soo smooth. It was a perfect combination.
I’ll definitely be back.

“I was beyond disappointed with my son's graduation cake. The frosting was so thin you could see the cake through it, the fondant was bleeding color and you could see the edges of it, everything was messy, the numbers were falling off. I can not believe that the same person made this cake as those in the pictures on the website. It looked terrible and it didnt taste great either. I can't believe I actually paid for this cake.“
