The maitre de' made sure that cocktail hour and reception all went according to plan. They hand delivered personal trays of passed apps and even made dinner plates to make sure clients ate. This was huge because they definitely got swept up in the moment and clients do not know if they would have eaten otherwise! Cannot say enough good things - thank you for making the day perfect!
