Really impressive. It’s tucked away and not super easy to find but the parking is good. The outside is very deceiving, but inside is very nice. My food came really fast and was really good, the owner greeted me personally and made sure everything was good.

The eggs Benedict, avocado toast, and pancakes cannot be beat. The service is fast and friendly, and the ambiance is comfortable and perfect for breakfast or brunch. Do not let the parking / strip mall format confuse or deter you from visiting this delicious local gem!
