We worked with New Oxford's Subway to provide meals for our school's volleyball team on 9 different occasions this spring. The staff has been welcoming and helpful at every pick up. We appreciated their efforts to individually pack the meals, have the order ready on time, provide fresh subs and accommodate our team's needs each time.
Subway is a restaurant located in the New Oxford shopping center, easily accessible from US 30. The restaurant has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible. The establishment is known for its cleanliness, with one reviewer describing it as "one of the cleanest Subways out there." The staff is welcoming and helpful, providing a pleasant atmosphere. They are friendly and courteous and have been accommodating for team needs. The menu offers a variety of choices, including fresh subs. They have no problem with customizing the sub for your liking. The management is good. If the wait is a little longer than normal they offer free cookies or a free drink to acknowledge the frustration of waiting.
