“The subs I have ordered from this location have been fine. I always leave a little tip until I was told this evening through a question I asked that if you leave a tip using a bank card the people making the subs don't get it. The only way they receive a tip is if you physically hand over cash to them. Exactly where is my tip that I leave on the card reader going? This certainly is not fair to the employees who are doing the work. I really would like an answer to my question. If not here, I will find out from somewhere. I do know Domino's pizza does the same thing. This is ridiculous. I truly thought I was helping out an employee, guess not“

“We went on 2/8/25. Staying at the Hampton inn for a dance comp. Our waiter, unfortunately l, didn’t catch his name was absolutely AMAZING! More people kept getting added to our party, he, without hesitation, added more tables and chairs. He took our orders and separated the checks without us even asking. He just really went above and beyond and was amazing! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Thank you again! Food and drinks were 10/10!“

“This Subway was very cordial, professional and timely in their service. They did whatever they could to please the customers. There was a steady flow of traffic when I ate in this restaurant and the staff continued with their kindness. Job well done! This Subway was also very clean. Keep up the great work.“

“I don't usually, but feel compelled to say that DAN is the MAN. I came to support a school fundraiser and ordered takeout. It was very busy. While waiting for it, I witnessed a family with 3 small children and the youngest got sick on the floor at the takeout area (asthma attack)... Dan jumped into action, offering towels, asking if he could help, checking if the child needed an ambulance(thankfully no- inhaler did its job) , then immediately mopping up thoroughly and placing the wet floor sign. Soon after, I witnessed him showing positivity and encouragement (instead of scolding) to a young server whose patience was being tested (by a customer I assume). He then motions to me and explains that my sandwich was incorrectly prepared (it happens- everyone's human) and it would take longer to remake the sandwich, so he offered me a free drink while I waited. All this while performing his regular busy duties and keeping all the wheels in motion and "putting out fires" everywhere. This man is a treasure and a great asset to the wonderful team at East York Isaacs! What a PRO! 🙌“

“I have always liked subway. The prices are a bit higher these days, but with the fresh cut meat (the new line up is awesome) it's worth every cent . Alot of the signature subs already come with 2x the cheese. I get a foot long and have half for lunch and half for dinner. There faster then the burger fast food joints and it is so much healthier. It tastes better too. Its always clean and they are all very friendly!!!! Any one of these made deluxe will feed any insatiable appetite.“

“I go here 3 or 4 times a week. What's my favorite place to get something for lunch, for work. They're very friendly and when you asked them to change what they normally do they have no problem doing it for you. The only place left where you can ask for extra anything or add something and it doesn't charge you extra money

Vegetarian options: You can order any sub without me and automatically makes a vegetarian or you can have them put it in a salad instead of on a sub.

Dietary restrictions: They can make any sub into a salad for you

Parking: There is about 15 to 20 parking spots but it's a shared location so there are other businesses that use those spots as well“

“We used this location for the Red Lion Girls Soccer team for boxed meals. It was a very easy process and Chuck was great to work with. The price was extremely reasonable and the meals were ready on time. We will definitely be using them again!“

The bread is always fresh and delicious, and they put enough meat, cheese, and topping items in the sandwich so that I don't have just bread left at the end of the bun. The service has been polite and friendly. The only negative: It was really cold in there today, so we brought in our long sleeved shirts.“

“I have been multiple times and the quality and portions of the food are great! I’ve had a wait a few times, but that’s expected with a new business, especially one located in Walmart that can be extremely busy. The customer service has well surpassed the short wait though, and I highly recommend!“
