“I had put an order in on the app yesterday for two chicken cantina tacos and when I got to the window they told me my order wasn't there. I looked on my app and it said order received and your order is ready. We couldn't figure out what the problem was and I know they have to go by their protocol and wait for the order to pop in. Needless to say I was tired of waiting a few minutes and just left. As I turned out of the parking lot and waited at the red light, I saw the manager running from the store to my car and he told me that he had made the tacos and sorry for the inconvenience. This is the definition of going above and beyond and was a great display of customer service. Kudos to the manager and their team for making the customer feel appreciated. Keep up the good work.“

“This is by far the best Taco Bell in the area. I was there for a late lunch (around 1pm) on 10/4/25 and even though the drive thru was busy, my friend and I ordered our food in the dining room and had it come out within 4 minutes. Fantastic service, food made fresh, hot and delicious, and a crew member was cleaning the dining area very meticulously. LOVE IT!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!“

“I would give 10 stars if I could. I was rushing after work and super frustrated. The girl who gave me my online order didn't realize it wasn't finished. Another coworker (possibly management) came over and helped and explained to the young coworker what happened. She made sure I was taken care of during a frustrating moment for me and was kind and patient with the young worker. The staff was incredible and helped make my night better. I am terribly sorry for letting my frustration out I am always a huge fan of the taco bell staff.“
