“The short and sweet version is the food is always good, consistent, hot and fresh etc... We been coming here for years so it's always a solid meal. However, the staff is just so miserable it's like wow would a few smiles kill ya? Just no personality whatsoever, no friendly gestures just dry and very unfriendly. And the chips need salt.Other than that it'd be a 5 star, we enjoy the meals so that's what counts I guess.“
“Very polite quick to make order had 20 bean n cheese ? burritos 2 large wild strawberry slushy like drinks they had all done less then 10 minutes and they recognized my military service which was the best part that they are taught to respect veterans very few places do.“
“This place was fabulous! This is not your typical Mexican restaurant. The menu was very unique but includes a lot of classics. It really has a classy feel to it. Also, the staff were so friendly. I didn't get to have a drink but all the margs looked amazing! Both meals we had were superb my ribeye was very flavorful I loved all the sauces.. not too spicy. I will definitely be back frequently!“
“The food here is always delicious. It reminds me of food down in Mexico. They have the best black beans by far. The service can be slow sometimes, but the food is never bad.Vegetarian options: You can get almost any dish made with no meat if you ask them. They are pretty good about it.“
“FANTASTIC!! went with wife and 4 kids and everything was amazing from the tacos to the black beans. 100% will be coming back!Vegetarian options: Didn’t personally try them but noticed a few items on the menuKid-friendliness: Super friendly and tolerant staff and the food was right up my kids alley.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp out front and plenty of room in restaurant“
“Our food was really good. We had the chimichanga lunch special. The waiter was happy and attentive. My only complaint is that the music was much too loud. Background music is a nice touch in a restaurant, but theirs was overwhelming. Please turn it down until there are more people in the building. Thanks!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp but no automatic doors.“
“LOVED this place and can't wait to go back. The back patio was beautiful and the server told us they fully open it up in the summer. We shared the California Burrito (steak, french fries, guacamole, cheese, and pico - and I added jalapenos for a kick!) and the Shrimp tacos (cabbage, pico, queso fresco, and a chipotle sour cream) with plenty of shrimp. My 9yo son loved the quesadilla, chips and salsa, and the soda selection of course. It was all SO GOOD! I ordered a premium marg and they ask whether or not you want salt which I love because I don't like it. Really nice cocktail and beer selection and a HUGE veg/vegan menu which we can't wait to try for our families meat-free days. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I even heard the server speaking both English and then Spanish - she was impressive! Highly recommend!“
“My order was made incorrectly. I called the store and the woman was very nice. Went back to pick up the replacement and she gave me a refund plus some chips and guac.Everyone makes mistakes but how they handle it afterwards shows you their integrity. Will definitely be going back.“
“My family and I absolutely enjoyed this place as first timers and I love this place as a solo trip to the bar for a quick appetizer and margarita. My favorite waiter is Carlos. He was so funny, nice, accomidating and understanding with my llittles. He will make u come back just to see him lol. The food was fresh and good. Becoming a local favorite. We love the wings and beer too!“
“The food is always hot! The Service is always quick and efficient! Everyone is always friendly.. and helpful. from the outside looking in , they work hard to reduce waste of product at the end of nights on the protiens when I typically stop by. Again, very accommodating staff! Great hot food , and the staff keeps it clean too!“
“I was really pleasantly surprised by the service and food this time around. It feels like they've only gotten _better_ over time (I haven't been in a while). I had some vegetarian tacos which were so good, genuinely surprised and delighted; and the service was fast and professional. What a well run business.A couple things worth noting: burritos are more like fork food than finger food (they're square), and fries were good but nothing particularly special.“
“10/10, the best and most authentic Mexican food (and drinks) in the area!! We love the chips and queso w/ chorizo, and honestly everything on the menu. The margs are well-balanced, not made with a margarita mix and therefore don't give you a sugar hangover the next day. Maderos is a Murrysville staple!“
“There is no where that compares to this place. it is the best authentic mexican place in pittsburgh. I found this place due to wanting to try pozole and now my partner and i come a few times a month! everything we have tried had been absolutely fantastic. you will not be disappointed here.“
