El Burro is a cozy, quaint little restaurant with a couple of tables outside as well as inside. Located near Regent Square, it offers delicious food, interesting drinks, and an all round enjoyable experience. The chorizo burrito is on point, and the refried beans aren't bad either. The shrimp tacos and flying saucer are recommended, as is the chili relleno burrito. There is also an American influence Mex dish with fries, peppers, and chicken or beef, sorta like nachos but with fries. They serve beer, Mexican Coke, and Mexican derived soft drinks. Margaritas are made in house. However, some reviews note the California burrito can be tortilla heavy and lacking flavor, with the queso being surprisingly flavorless and not worth the price. Takeout lids may not be sealed properly. Despite mixed experiences, the restaurant has a lot more food options that are all reasonably priced, and many customers return for takeout regularly.
