“We were passing through New Stanton, and had dinner at La Tavola. We sat at the bar, and had incredible service from Sandy, the bartender. The food was incredible. We had the artichoke appetizer, a Caesar salad, and the Veal Picatta and the special, which was a Swordfish with lump crabmeat. Also, the Crème Brûlée. All was incredible, and Chef Lou came out and chatted with us. A very special gem of a restaurant, which we would highly recommend!!“

“It was a very nice experience from the time we walked in. It wasn't busy so we got seated and waited on promptly. The waitress was awesome! She was friendly and helpful answering our questions about certain menu items and refilling our drinks in a timely manner. The food was phenomenal!! I just got a hamburger which was delicious but my husband got a full rack of ribs! Those ribs were the best I think I have ever tasted! I would definitely recommend this restaurant! You ever hear of fellers puttin down wood across an entire floor? That must have taken a lot of dedicated non drinkers a lot of time. It nearly brought a tear to my eye to know they cared enough for me to spend all that time for me. I went to look up to the Heavens and thank God, but I couldn't see a cloud in sight. You know that dang place had a roof on it? And not any normal roof, a roof without a hole in it? Well I forgot what happened next, but I woke up in a ditch, pulled out my phone and wrote this review. I'm not sure if it was real or some kind of dream, but if I can find my way back to the country, where all the people want to be nice to everyone(like everyone everyone should learn to be nice to each other) , I'd walk right back in.
