Overpriced sugar kills
We were driving thru and stopped at this location. It was PACKED!! The people working were OUTSTANDING! We have never been to a Dunkin that worked so fast and still got everything right. Friendly, fast, clean, and accurate. Best Dunkin we’ve ever been to.
Staff could be a little more chipper, but happy other wise with everything!

Dunkin' offers a mixed experience, with some issues noted. While the drive-thru service lacked friendliness and service was often slow, the coffee & donuts are good, and the first-time experience with a Brown Sugar iced latte and a donut was really positive. The baristas were sweet and provided great service. However, hot food such as breakfast sandwiches has been disappointing, as they have been burnt and tasted like burnt plastic. The management's behavior has left something to be desired, and orders have been messed up several times, indicating the site does not do well under pressure. The cleanliness of the bathrooms stood out positively, despite a strong soap smell. Overall, the staff seem to make an effort to handle orders efficiently, even during busy times, but there is room for improvement.
