I use McDonald’s in Newport PA. Food is never ready. I don’t care if you go in in person drive-through or even order on the mobile app I stand around and I waste half a tank of gas. Every time I come food is cold, stale, coffee is always full of grounds. It does no good to complain because nothing changes
This location is for you if you want to wait 40+ mins for your food. Absolutely the worst location I've ever been too. Even worse, management does not care as evident by the reviews.
I've waited all but 20 minutes for food, called and whoever answered hung up on me. I came for fast food for fast delivery because I am on a time crunch! How hard is it to make food & you all want a higher wage... GTFOH
