“We have heard about Kinnera and have been regular customers of the same. Recently for our community event, we asked them to cater and they did not disappoint us at all. Food was awesome, spiciness was on point, all the guests enjoyed the food a lot and had only good things to say about the food. Their Double ka Meetha and Chicken Biryani were a sure hit. It lived up to its name. We are very impressed with Kinnera!!“

“Loved it here! A huge part of the good experience was the affordability, how quick the food came out, and the great appetizers. I absolutely loved the gobi manchurian and samosa chaat! Will absolutely be back & will make the drive from Philly.“

“As an avid fan of Indian cuisine, I decided to give Tiffin Indian Cuisine a try. Following my usual approach when visiting a new restaurant, I opted for some of the simplest and most traditional dishes: vegetable samosas as an appetizer, chicken tikka masala for the main course, and rice pudding (kheer) for dessert.
The service was prompt—my food arrived within 10 minutes of being seated. One thing to note: you have the option to either sit and wait for a server or order at the counter.
Starting with the samosas, they were quite good overall. Made traditionally with peas and potatoes, the only slight drawback was the strong presence of cumin, which slightly overwhelmed the other flavors. While I know cumin is common in Indian cuisine, I found it a bit too dominant here. However, the three accompanying chutneys—peach, tamarind, and green chutney—were delightful. The peach chutney was my favorite, offering a perfect balance to the spices in the samosas.
The chicken tikka masala was exactly what I hoped for. It was prepared traditionally and the flavors were spot-on. There’s not much else to say—it was a solid dish, well-executed and flavorful.
Unfortunately, the meal ended on a slightly disappointing note with the kheer (rice pudding). Kheer is supposed to be creamy and sweet, but this one was watery and lacked the usual richness. It tasted mostly of milk, with none of the complexity or sweetness that typically makes kheer so enjoyable.
A few additional notes about the restaurant itself: their QR codes on the tables didn’t work, which was a bit frustrating. Also, their website could use an update, as it didn’t reflect the full menu that was available in the restaurant.
As for the atmosphere, it was fairly simple and didn’t scream "Indian culture" in an overwhelming way. The decor was plain but featured subtle touches, like Indian photography on the walls, which I personally enjoyed. While the space didn’t feel overly themed or immersive, the minimalist approach worked well enough to create a relaxed dining environment.
Despite these minor setbacks, I would still recommend Tiffin Indian Cuisine to anyone looking for a traditional Indian food experience. I’m looking forward to seeing their improvements in the future.“

“We were in Upper Darby area and hungry, so I went for a quick grab and ordered chicken Samosas. Very crispy, delicious and full of filling! The size was good, too. We enjoyed it.
The spot is quite far from my place otherwise I would have been dropping in every once in a while.“

“Nice quaint place to eat in or take out. We had the place to ourselves at 5pm on a Tuesday but there was a steady flow of ppl picking up orders. Acknowledged immediately upon entering. Prices and serving portions were reasonable along with service and wait time. Had the butter chicken with classic naan. My friend frequents this location and others so opted for the chicken tikka masala with the garlic naan. No complaints with this being my first visit to this location.“

“Fast, friendly service with quality Indian fare. Who could ever complain?! We had a very small mix-up with our takeout order, but the staff immediately fixed the issue, no questions asked, and even included a complimentary serving of kheer as a gesture of goodwill. If all restaurants operated with such courtesy and professionalism, the world of dining would be a better place! We will certainly be returning.“

“I DIDNT WANT TO ONE STAR,
However , I have been to this place, all times of the day , all days of the week, when Google says it’s open, never have I met this place open.
Maybe update business to temporarily closed ?
The phone number you also have on Google doesn’t seem to work ?“

“Tried the samosas, pav bhaji, aloo tikki, and paneer bowl — everything was delicious and perfect for sharing, thanks to the generous portion sizes. Ginger mint lemonade - had a refreshing kick, and the mango lemonade - was sweet and smooth; both paired really well with the spicy food. A great spot if you're looking for Indian street food with bold flavors!“

“Best Party hall and grocery store owners everAt first, I visited Dana Mandi when it was in downtown at chestnut street. I had mouth watering Paronthe Makhan naal with a big glass of tea then. After 5 years from that time, I recently tried finding this place out again and learned it got shifted to upper darby. I was traveling back to Newyork from DC with my parents and told them i will get you best quality punjabi tea from this place. To my surprise when I reached there, Sardar ji (the owner) told me that due to huge loss of property due to floods and almost no recurring customer base he had to shut down the food corner :(. I felt sad for their situation and politely asked them for an alternative place near by.He said wait, you are my guests now I will get you all some fresh tea from our kitchen downstairs. We sat in their party hall (which was under construction then and almost done) and he served us delicious tea as his vip guests and not the customers. Later, I also bought groceries for my house since we were heading back after the weekend trip.We felt so much warmth with the respect we received from the gentleman who had such bad time in previous years due to personal and professional setbacks as he mentioned during the conversation we hadI humbly request every one to give them a chance to revive and flourish as another local business in your area.God bless him and his family with health and wealth. I will surely come back a million times if God permits.“

“The best service at any Indian restaurant in Malvern/ Fraser. Don't be hindered by the humble interior. That just means this restaurant has stood the test of time because the food and service are both top quality. Every dish we have ordered has been excellent, and when we catch the buffet, it's consistently delicious food.“

“A College Journey Fueled by Incredible Indian Cuisine
I’ve been a loyal customer of this amazing Indian restaurant since my freshman year, and now, as a junior, I can confidently say their food has been a core part of my college experience. Their chicken tikka masala and paneer tikka masala are absolutely outstanding — rich, flavorful, and consistently delicious. Every bite feels like a comforting taste of home, no matter how stressful school has been. The quality has never wavered in the years I’ve been coming here, and their warm hospitality makes every visit feel special. I’ve celebrated good grades here, taken breaks from late-night study sessions, and treated myself on tough days — and this restaurant has never let me down. It will be genuinely bittersweet to leave this place behind when I graduate, but I know the memories (and cravings!) will stay with me forever. If you’re looking for food that’s not only delicious but also reliable and soul-satisfying, this is the spot. I cannot recommend it enough!“
