“The other day I went with my family since we were passing through, and I hadn't really tried Rita's so much but such a kind girl called Zareli made my family and I have a great experience, she recommended the frozen ice cream and it was really very good, I would go back once again because thanks to the kind girl I had a great experience“

“I live walking distance from a Rita's water ice but choose to drive 15-20min to Mom's because they are better in every way than Rita's! They give bigger sizes and prices are cheaper and they have so much more selection of homemade ice cream, soft serve ice cream, and water ice in so many different flavors and combinations and Sundaes and Gelatis and milkshakes! Location is great! Staff is friendly and their product is wonderful. Their variety of custard flavors blew me away. Our local location only ever has chocolate and vanilla. High recommended this Ritas!“

“Older lady made it right. Came here a week ago and they did not fill my quart of water ice to the top. Came back tonight and had asked them to please make sure it was filled and possibly the manager gave me a regular size to make up for the missing water ice in the quart, I definitely appreciated this, good customer service. Will make sure I always come to this location now!“

“No matter when or what time of the day I stopped there everyone was pleasant and had the best customer service skills. If they didn’t have what I wanted which was rare Bryan would make it for me in minutes. So sad today there done. Have a safe winter see you all in the spring. “I frequent this Rita’s often. Today 6/15/22 I received my order total and I realized it was much more than usual. I asked was there a price change recently. I was told there was a $1 charge for sprinkles!!! This new pricing is not posted on their current menu. Patrons should not be charged for this until it’s visibly posted on the menu.“

“Every Rita's has different flavors! I love that my #1 location (Feasterville) always has best fruity flavors, my #2 location (Neshaminy) had all the best NEW flavors, and now I have a #3 (Penndel). They got flavors that I haven't seen in a long time! A little pricey for the sizes of products, but that's expected in the current political & economical climates.

*What started as a communication of rudeness and negativity, turned into a mutually apologetic conversation where both parties accepted their roles and responsibilities in creating the previous negativity.*

“Last Sunday morning and arrived 2 hours too early, as they open at 12....This is my post yoga ritual when I travel home to Philly...The owner had come to retrieve something from the store and I explained that I grew up in the area, but lived in SC now...Told him my fav was chocolate and that in SC, we don't get all the flavors... He unexpectedly came out with a cup of chocolate water ice.. Thank you..It was awesome! Will be back whenever I get to visit home..and appreciate your hospitality!!“
