“The other day I went with my family since we were passing through, and I hadn't really tried Rita's so much but such a kind girl called Zareli made my family and I have a great experience, she recommended the frozen ice cream and it was really very good, I would go back once again because thanks to the kind girl I had a great experience“

“I live walking distance from a Rita's water ice but choose to drive 15-20min to Mom's because they are better in every way than Rita's! They give bigger sizes and prices are cheaper and they have so much more selection of homemade ice cream, soft serve ice cream, and water ice in so many different flavors and combinations and Sundaes and Gelatis and milkshakes! Whatever you want, they got it!!! 👍🏼🍦🍨🍧🥤“

“As always, the water ice is very good and I never have any complaints. Whether it's a small or large, it's always served packed well over top of the cup so you actually get more in your serving than you would think you were getting. There is only one problem which prevents this place from getting a five star. When you pay with a card, the electronic kiosk does not give you an option for no tip. 18% 20% 25% 40%, if you don't want to tip, you have to go to a completely different screen, and then just choose to pay the amount that your order has cost you. It's very confusing and I feel very presumptuous on Rita's part because, if I was sitting at a table and server came over, took my order and then brought my order to me at the table, then I believe a tip would be in order. When I have to get out of my car walk up to the front counter, waiting in line and then place my order. I don't feel that a tip is necessary. But they make it difficult for you not to tip and for that, you lose a star.“

“Last Sunday morning and arrived 2 hours too early, as they open at 12....This is my post yoga ritual when I travel home to Philly...The owner had come to retrieve something from the store and I explained that I grew up in the area, but lived in SC now...Told him my fav was chocolate and that in SC, we don't get all the flavors... He unexpectedly came out with a cup of chocolate water ice.. Thank you..It was awesome! Will be back whenever I get to visit home..and appreciate your hospitality!!“

“I frequent this Rita’s often. Today 6/15/22 I received my order total and I realized it was much more than usual. I asked was there a price change recently. I was told there was a $1 charge for sprinkles!!! This new pricing is not posted on their current menu. Patrons should not be charged for this until it’s visibly posted on the menu.“
