“I attended a work holiday dinner here. I've never been here before. Everything was very good. I didn't care for my veggies. Some a little overcooked, and my Brussel sprouts were hard. My filet was delicious and cooked to perfection with a delicious little sauce. My mashed potatoes were also very good. The service was exceptional, and drinks were very generous. I can't comment on the price/value since I never saw the bill, but I would definitely recommend!!“

“Was lucky enough to snag a seat at the brand new bar last night for their grand reopening. Really love what they did with the space and truly excited for the addition of the bar so that we can enjoy their great custom cocktails with newtown's best sushi. The food is obviously still on point but beware of their penicillin drink! With their in-house pressed ginger and bitters, holy crap they are dangerously delicious! Love the upgraded esthetic and vibe at Oishi! Oh and lastly i love that they brought over some of the korean menu items like boa buns and crispy korean fried chicken from their other spot Omiza ?

“I recently visited Chopt, and it was an exceptional experience! The food was amazing, but what made my visit stand out was the phenomenal customer service.

One of the employees, I think his name was Zyair, went above and beyond to give me fantastic service. He greeted me with a smile and helped me to decide on my order. This was my first time here and was so knowledgeable and patient. I ended up getting the Chicken Tinga Bowl with the Mexican Goddess dressing and it was amazing!

I highly recommend Chopt for anyone looking for a healthy meal. And shout out to that young man Zyair for making it a great experience. I’ll come back just for him!“

“We had a fabulous meal here! My in laws drove up from Florida and were looking forward to the cacio de pepe-except we thought it was Tuesdays and it’s only Mondays and Wednesdays-the owner was able to make an exception and cook that special for us! It was so delicious! We also had chicken francese, veal parm and lasagna- all amazing. Our waitress Alyssa was great and we even had dessert. Definitely will be back, the entire experience was great!“

“I’ve gotten the chicken kebab platter from “King of Falafel” in Newtown twice and enjoyed it very much! The chicken, peppers and onions were good and the rice was nicely browned from the stovetop! The hummus was great with the pita chips and I can’t forget the tomato & cucumber with dill. It was nice and fresh, light and just tasty. The chicken kabob platter had a good amount of food for two full meals and a little extra, leftovers make me happy! ?

“Vince’s Pizza with Santa was wonderful! Well organized so that we didn’t feel rushed at all. Each family had personal time with Santa and he walked around the restaurant greeting people and taking pictures. We’re already looking forward to the event next year!“

“Probably my favorite place to get thin crust pizza in the area. I'm a sucker for their honey sriracha pie, my wife is big on the Kim's pie. Staff are always very friendly, and it's a comfortable vibe.

If you are eating alone and aren't a big eater, I'd recommend getting a mini; I was pretty full on 2 slices.“

Had the garlic shrimp, shrimp tikka masala, garlic naan, and a future fashioned. Both were excellent! Nothing was left over by the time I was done. Great atmosphere and service. “My husband and I came for our wedding anniversary and we enjoyed everything… started off with the clams casino and burrata/tomato salad, 8 oz filet (cooked perfectly!) and finished off with the crème brûlée. “Dragon has been a place in town, since I was a little kid. The owner is wonderful and always remembers me. She is the sweetest lady. I’m giving this 5 stars because it’s everything I expect from take out. This is not a trendy Asian fusion restaurant. This is your local mom and pop shop , takeout place with the typical dishes. If you want trendy food, go elsewhere. I love supporting this business when I can and I love it for what it is.
It is my childhood Chinese take out and it’s just as good as when I was a kid.“
