An hour and a half for a pizza, the soda didn't come and the manager said he had people quit and that's why it took forever. Then why didn't he stop deliveries. I called and was on hold for ever and had to call back twice to get someone. Nothing like $20 with tip for a cold pizza. The poor delivery lady was so upset because customers take it out on her.
Pizza Hut East Norriton.....horrible place to order from.....placed an order that never came....when I spoke to the manager about this....he hung up.....will never order from them again......poor service.....poor management and suggest that anyone in the area do the same!!!!!!
Worst pizza hut I have ever seen. I ordered online last Saturday and got a email confirmation with time it would be ready. When my husband arrived the door was locked but lights were on no one would answer phone or door. Several other people arrived to pick up their orders some who had called and ordered and were not informed that store was going to close and were actually given pick up time by employee.
