This location is generally okay, usually fairly slow but rarely busy. But today I waited 25 minutes for a couple sandwiches. The staff was clearly frustrated with the crowd, seeming almost angry that it was busy. Sandwiches are fine, restaurant appears clean, just don't go in a hurry.
The staff is not the friendliest and at times when I ask for my sandwich to be extra toasted or another special request, the staff members act like it is a huge bother to them. I have had several problems here in the past and the one time I submitted a formal complaint and the owner did reach out to me personally and offer an apology and a couple coupons. Your Rual Valley location is the best I've seen. I eat at Subway all the time, being that I'm on the road all over Western Pa. Adam at this location was the most impressive worker I've seen in quite some time. If he's not a manager yet, he aught to be. Keep up the good work Adam. You've got a really good crew around you.
